The Armenian Bioinformatics Institute (ABI) is excited to announce the return of the OMICSS-25 Genome Bioinformatics Summer School, now with a new format to enhance the learning experience for participants. This year, OMICSS-25 introduces dedicated bridge courses for those who want to prepare for the entrance exams or simply learn key foundational subjects—Molecular Biology, Programming, and Statistics—before diving into bioinformatics. These preparatory courses will help ensure that all participants, regardless of background, can confidently engage with the summer school’s curriculum.
Additionally, the main summer school program has been streamlined to a four-week intensive format, focusing exclusively on bioinformatics. Participants will explore interesting topics such as molecular technologies, bioinformatics algorithms, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and computational tools, culminating in a real-world bioinformatics project.
